This is a super inexpensive SBC. You will have a working computer, it is cheaper than any Arduino control board. While it's not yet a working computer, at least you have a motherboard. Raspberry Pi Zero is a super compact, hackable and super powerful computer, v1.3 is the latest version with camera connector.
